Demos and examples use sample data

The demos on this site (LedgerLine, Cash Flow Roll-Up and Invoice Generator) and the examples throughout the site use sample data about fictional companies, including Crestline Staffing Solutions. They are there to show how our tools work.

Nothing on this site is financial, tax, accounting, payroll, or legal advice. Talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything you see here.

Calculator results are estimates

The calculator gives an estimate based on the numbers you enter and fixed assumptions: a 25% employer burden, 3% rework, 50 working weeks a year, and a $500 monthly fee. It is not a quote, an offer, or a guarantee of savings. The audit gives you real figures.

Visuals

Some images and video on this site were created or enhanced with AI tools. Apart from people we name, the people shown in these visuals are not real people, our staff, or our clients.

Our services

Prices on the site are a guide. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, and the price is quoted after the audit.

Content and names

The site's text, design, images, and code belong to Valtier LLC. You may view and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Product names such as Bullhorn, QuickBooks Online, or ADP belong to their owners. Listing them means we work with those systems, not that we are partnered with or endorsed by their makers.

Using the site

Please don't try to break, overload, or get around the site's security, send malicious files through it, scrape it in bulk, or use the contact form to send spam.

Links to other sites

We link to sources and other sites for reference. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site, the demos, and the calculator are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise they will be error-free or always online.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Valtier LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site, the demos, or the calculator. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
